1.79%EADS y Thyssenkrupp compran Atlas a BAE Systems por 145 mln eur
PARÍS (AFX-España) - EADS y la división de tecnología de Thyssenkrupp AG anunciaron un acuerdo para comprar Atlas Electronik, filial de sistemas navales del grupo británico BAE Systems PLC, de la que Thyssenkrupp tendrá el 60% y EADS el restante 40%
En otra nota distinta, BAE afirma que EADS y Thyssenkrupp pagaran una cantidad total de alrededor de 145 millones de euros en efectivo por Atlas, además de hacerse cargo de 72,4 millones de euros de pensiones.
La venta está pendiente de recibir el visto bueno de las autoridades regulatorias, y debería cerrarse el próximo año.
