----Hilton confirma venta de Hilton Int a Hilton Hotels por 3.300 mln libras
LONDRES (AFX-ESPAÑA) - Hilton Group PLC confirmó hoy que ha firmado un acuerdo para vender su negocio hotelero, Hilton International, al estadounidense Hilton Hotels Corporation por 3.300 millones de libras.
Esto sumado a la reciente venta de 16 hoteles en Reino Unido hace un total de 3.700 millones de libras. El grupo espera retribuir al accionista con una parte significativa de este dinero a principio del segundo trimestre de 2006.
Tras la venta, Hilton Group cambiará su nombre por el de Ladbrokes PLC.
