NUEVA YORK (AFX-España) - JP Morgan & Chase Co comprará Collegiate Funding Services por 20 dólares por acción o un total de 633 millones de dólares.
El precio ofrecido lleva una prima del 31% sobre la cotización de cierre de ayer de 15,27 dólares.
