ZURICH (AFX-España) - Winterthur, filial de Credit Suisse Group, anunció la venta de su negocio Winterthur Canada Financial Corp y de Citadel General Assurance Company a AXA SA por unos 310 millones de dólares canadienses.
Con esta venta al negocio canadiense de AXA, Winterthur completa su salida del mercado canadiense tras la venta de su filial en Quebec, L'Unique.
