----Commerzbank ofrece 19,60 eur/acción por Eurohypo -Fuentes
FRANCFORT (AFX-España) - Commerzbank AG ha realizado una oferta de alrededor de 19,60 euros por acción por las participaciones de Deutsche Bank AG y Dresdner Bank AG en Eurohypo AG, según fuentes del sector financiero.
A este precio, la adquisición le costaría a Commerzbank alrededor de 4.500 millones de euros.
Commerzbank ha rehusado comentar el tamaño de la oferta.
El banco anunció hoy que planea comprar el 66,2% de Eurohypo en un acuerdo que posiblemente genere sinergias de al menos 100 millones de euros hasta 2008.
