----EDP vende el 50% de EDP Bioelectrica a filial de Altri por 7,5 mln eur
LISBOA (AFX-España) - EDP - Energias de Portugal SA anunció que ha vendido el 50% de su filial de generación de biomasa EDP Producao Bioelectrica SA, a Celulose do Caima SGPS, filial de ingeniería forestal de Altri SGPS, por 7,5 millones de euros.
'Esta integración tendrá el beneficio añadido de tratar uno de los principales problemas de Portugal en la actualidad, los incendios forestales, ya que conllevará una mejor gestión de los bosques del país', afirmó EDP.
