FRACKFORT (AFX-España) - Deutsche Lufthansa AG confirmó la información aparecida en Financial Times y anunció que venderá el 52,6% del grupo de tarjetas de pago con descuento PayPack al fondo de inversión Palamon Capital con una plusvalía de unos 100 millones de euros que anotará en las cuentas del tercer trimestre.
