----E-Trade adquiere BrownCo de JP Morgan por 1.600 mln usd

NUEVA YORK (AFX-España) - E-Trade Financial Corp, operador virtual de servicios bursátiles, ha alcanzado un acuerdo con JP Morgan Chase & Co para comprarle BrownCo por 1.600 millones de dólares en dinero efectivo.
JP Morgan espera realizar una plusvalía tras impuestos de unos 700 millones.
