DARMSTADT, Alemania (AFX-España) - Merck KGaA anunció que su filial española Merck Genéricos SL ha comprado Prasfarma, propiedad de Almirall Prodesfarma SA, por 20 millones de euros.
La operación incluye activos industriales relacionados con el Grupo Almirall y podría cerrarse antes de que acabe el año, señaló Merck.
Prasfarma facturó 13 millones de euros en 2004.
