----Macquarie Bank contempla lanzar oferta sobre Bolsa de Londres
SYDNEY (AFX-España) - Macquarie Bank Ltd ha comunicado que está contemplando lanzar una oferta para hacerse con la London Stock Exchange Plc, la bolsa londinense.
El banco de inversión afirma que las deliberaciones aún están en la fase inicial y que no hay garantías de que vaya realmente a presentar una oferta formal.
Si se llegara a hacer una propuesta, sería como parte de un consorcio y probablemente constaría únicamente de efectivo.
