1.79%Deutsche Bank confirma venta de 35 mln acciones de DaimlerChrysler
FRANCFORT (AFX-España) - Deutsche Bank AG confirmó que va a vender hasta 35 millones de acciones de DaimlerChrysler AG, lo que representa alrededor del 3,5% del capital social de la compañía.
'Puedo confirmar que Deutsche Bank va a vender hasta 35 millones de acciones de DaimlerChrysler,' anunció un portavoz del banco.
Añadió que las acciones serán vendidas por la filial bancaria DB Value, que cuenta con todas las participaciones industriales del banco.
Tras la venta el banco mantendrá una participación en DaimlerChrysler del 6,9%, según el portavoz.
Deutsche Bank posee en total un 10,4% del capital social de DaimlerChrysler, lo que le convierte en su mayor accionista individual.
