LONDRES (AFX-España) - La justicia estadounidense anunció que no presentará cargos contra Royal Dutch/Shell Group por exagerar sus reservas energéticas porque el gigante anglo-holandés está cooperando en la investigación, informa el Wall Street Journal Online.
Sin embargo, se sigue investigando el papel de varios individuos en el escándalo fiscal de Shell, una de las mayores petroleras del mundo.
En 2004, Shell anunció que había dado cifras erróneas de reservas de petróleo y gas natural para 2002 y otros años.
