1.79%Statoil vende 50% de Borealis a IPIC y OMV por 1.000 mln eur
OSLO (AFX-España) - Statoil ASA ha vendido su 50% en el grupo petroquímico Borealis a International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) y OMV Aktiengesellschaft por un total de 1.000 millones de euros.
IPIC, propiedad de Emiratos Árabes Unidos, y la austriaca OMV ya tenían la otra mitad de Borealis. Tras la operación IPIC tendrá un 65% y OMV el restante 35%.
Con la venta, Statoil anotará en el cuarto trimestre una plusvalía de 1.700 millones de coronas noruegas (unos 215 millones de euros).
