----Jazztel negocia con EDP adquisición de Comunitel -Prensa

MADRID (AFX-España) - Jazztel PLC está negociando comprar Comunitel, en la que Energias de Portugal SA tiene una mayoría de las acciones, según informa Expansión, que no cita fuentes.
Comunitel tiene un valor estimado de 125 millones de euros, según Expansión.
EDP tiene un 56,6% de Oni que a su vez tiene un 99,935 de Comunitel.
