MILÁN (AFX-España) El consejo de administración de Banca Antonveneta SpA ha aprobado la oferta de ABN Amro Holding NV (a 25 euros por acción en efectivo) por mayoría, según fuentes cercanas a dicho órgano consultadas por la agencia Ansa.
Antonveneta ha preferido no confirmar la decisión aunque señaló que publicará un comunicado en breve.
