1.79%Aegon venderá filial alemana MoneyMaxx a Deutscher Ring por 60 mln eur
AMSTERDAM (AFX-España) - Aegon NV ha llegado a un acuerdo con Deutscher Ring para la venta de su filial alemana de seguros AEGON Lebensversicherungs-AG, más conocida por el nombre comercial de MoneyMaxx, por un importe de 60 millones de euros.
Un portavoz de Aegon apuntó que la aseguradora holandesa anotará una pequeña minusvalía con la operación.
En cuanto a su estrategia para Alemania a partir de ahora, Aegon piensa concentrarse en el mercado empresarial de pensiones.
