1.79%SAS dispuesto a hacerse con el 51% que no tiene de Estonian Air
TALLINN (AFX-España) - Scandinavian Airlines System AB estaría dispuesto a hacerse con el 51% que no posee de Estonian Air si los accionistas minoritarios le dieran la oportunidad, informa el servicio de noticias BNS, citando comentarios del vicepresidente de la compañía escandinava Gunnar Reitan.
El Estado estonio tiene un 34% de la aerolínea y el restante 17% está en poder de la firma privada Cresco. SAS compró a AP Moeller-Maersk AS su participación del 49% en 2003 por 180 millones de coronas.
